Key technology and application of energy saving of Hoftracs

Hoftracs is the engineering and earth-moving machinery with the largest ownership and the most widely used area in the world. The technical achievements are mainly researched and breakthrough in three technical directions, namely, energy saving research of walking drive system, energy saving research of working device optimization and energy saving research of working hydraulic system. The main technical innovations of the project are as follows:

  1. Key transmission parts technology of the hydrostatic drive, and improve the highest efficiency of the hydrostatic transmission drive system.
  2. Completed the research on the braking energy recovery and utilization technology of the hydrostatic drive system, put forward the theory and solution of the braking energy recovery control of the hoftracs, and improved the driving efficiency of the walking system.
  3. Completed the research on road recognition and traction adaptive technology, and put forward the method of road recognition and traction prediction under complex working conditions, which reduced the tire skid probability and extended the tire life.
  4. Completed the simulation analysis technology of the resistance of diversified material shovel operation, and realized the reduction of the prediction error of the resistance of various materials such as gravel, coal and cassava.
  5. Completed the test and evaluation technology research of the comprehensive performance of the earthmoving machinery working device, built the comprehensive performance test platform of the operation process of diversified material shovel, invented the new methods such as discharge Angle measurement, oil cylinder magnetic fluid sealing, formulated the operation resistance, full bucket rate and other evaluation specifications,
  6. Completed the research on the fine design technology of high efficiency of the earthwork machinery working device, and proposed the structural optimization design method of the working device based on the correlation model of “structural parameters-operation resistance”, which realized the improvement of operation efficiency, reduced the operation resistance, and improved the quality of shovel material with average fuel consumption per liter.
  7. The short circuit control method of load sensing variable pump is invented, and the quantitative pump displacement of hydraulic system of the working device can be reduced.
  8. Invention of the low-pressure unloading control method of the hydraulic system of the working device, the automatic recovery control method of the variable pump displacement of the load sensing steering hydraulic system, and formed related products and applications, and improve the working efficiency of the working-steering hydraulic system.

The project has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits, and promoted the technological progress of the construction machinery industry and the high-quality development of the industry.
